During the frosty weather i drained everything down, as you do. I filled the flush this week and i found after a while the floor in the van was wet with flush. I found that one of the pipes coming down from the tank was dripping into the cassette holder. has anybody had this problem and how do i get up into the flush tank.

We had exactly the same issue with our Pegasus over new year. Our van has the Thetford 250 electronic flush toilet. The drain tube on ours is accessible from the cassette holder. The tube pushes onto a fitting in the top left corner just above the access flap. The tube also has a stopper in the end which we had to refit. There are then two clips which the pipe fits onto to keep out of the way. As I had poured enough water into the top tank to almost fill it we had water pouring into the bathroom. We were very relieved the fix was possible as I feared a trip back to the dealers once we got home & no usable loo during our trip away. On our departure I fully drained the system using the stopper in the end of the tube.

We had a simular problem with pink flush on the toilet floor and filling up the cassette holder. Fault was found to be a fracture in the pumps plastic outlet pipe. Whilst on holiday we bought a new replacement pump for Thetford 250, could'nt go a whole week with out a working poo flush.
I found an exploded veiw of the Thetford on Leisure direct web site.

The remove the pump assy. from the compartment door put your hand up just inside where you see the pipes disappear. You should be able to feel two plastic tags, squeeze them together and the pump should drop down. Pipes are jubilee clipped to it.
Hope this helps.
