looking for perfection

Hi, We're looking for a site that meets the following criteria :-
Must haves

• on site fishing
• good, safe walking (with dog)
• max 2 hours from Cardiff
• electricity/water/disposal

Desireable

• non commercial
• pub/food within reasonable walking distance
• canal/river/lake access from site
• possibility of seasonal pitch
• level

All ideas are welcome

if you find some let us know, been looking for similar sites for last 20years since the kids left.
found a few that were close but all were comercials and none were in Wales, sorry

There's Lucksall, near Hereford which is a franchised CC site ... http://www.lucksallpark.co.uk/ they do seasonal. If joeby off this forum sees this post he'll tell you how brilliant the fishing is.

i endorse what LB says , Lucksall is on the banks of the river wye , you can ask for a riverside pitch , the pitches are very large , you can buy a day ticket to fish the Wye , i have personally caught Barbel at 13lb and Chub to over 7lb , u can see the photo's of the fish caught on lucksall web pages , very good dog walk , or you can walk the river bank , do be carefull if you have children as the banks are steep , allthough it feels very rural on site you are only 15 mins from Hereford town centre , and there are some great pubs near the site for eating out , a small mini market half a mile up the road ,
