Looking for Strips

I have a 1997 bailey pageant Moselle, in good condition but I'm looking for 2 strips of moulded wood that run either side of the rear
bathroom door.
In the past there has been some water egress and damaged the bottom 1` or so. I was told they actually may be made from compressed cardboard.
The profile is the same as the profile for the front of the shelf units, anyone know were I can get them

With a 97 van it will be impossible to get replacement mouldings apart from maybe a breakers.

If you are any good with a Router you could try making some as close to the original as a suitable router cutter would allow.
