Some of you may already know that Practical Caravan’s long-serving Group Editor Rob Ganley is leaving to join The Camping and Caravanning Club. He is going to be much-missed by us all, but I am delighted to be able to introduce myself as his successor – and I am looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible at this weekend’s Reader Rally!
I join Practical Caravan from its sister magazine Classic & Sports Car, and will be working closely with Digital Editor Lizzie Pope and the team to ensure that the UK’s best-selling caravan magazine and its associated websites go from strength to strength. We have lots of exciting plans, and look forward to telling you more about them soon...

Excuse my belated good wishes, I've been having problems with my laptop, so have not been online much lately.

Anyway, I shall look forward to reading all about these 'exciting plans' that are afoot!. Are you a caravanner yourself?

Unfortunately I didn't get to meet you at Stowford. As you know the mobile and wifi signals are virtually non existant at Stowford. Hopefully they can improve things in readiness for next years Rally.
That said there a number of people who would like a different location for a change if possible.
