My friend has forgotten his password

Using the forgotten password bits on the Forum he gets no where

emailing to Haymarket publications gets no reply

As he/she been banned?

Most forums remove all login details when someone is removed from a forum and the forgotten password links then no longer work.

This may also be the case when someone has not posted for a very long time.

Also is the email address correct?

Failing that, there could be a problem ith the server.
 
If your friend emails me with the email address and password he has been trying I'll check and see what the problem is.
