W WatsonJohnG Mar 14, 2005 4,638 0 0 Visit site Apr 11, 2008 #2 Hi gary The one fitted by Bailey is exactly the same as the Daewoo one sold in Morrisons We used to have a 450w microwave for 10+ years but didn't trip out the site electrics any more with the 700w one fitted in the Senator Providing you switch off the fire and water heater before using the microwave the higher wattage is OK We only found one site that we could not use the microwave and that was in Prague in 1991

Typically a microwave has an input wattage of about double the output wattage.
