Low Wattage Microwave

Hi gary

The one fitted by Bailey is exactly the same as the Daewoo one sold in Morrisons

We used to have a 450w microwave for 10+ years but didn't trip out the site electrics any more with the 700w one fitted in the Senator

Providing you switch off the fire and water heater before using the microwave the higher wattage is OK

We only found one site that we could not use the microwave and that was in Prague in 1991

Just be aware that microwaves are rated by their output wattage - caravanners need to be concerned by the input wattage, found on the rating plate at the back.

Typically a microwave has an input wattage of about double the output wattage.
