LUNAR CLUBMAN SE FRONT GAS LOCKER

hi,

anybody out there with a new lunar clubmann se,do you find the front locker door a bit flimsy, seen as it only has a central locking point.would have been much better had it had 2 locks....one either side of locker.am thinking of getting a lock installed on either side of the door for better security.what are your thoughts???

think lunar have made a big mistake by only putting a central locking point on there gas locker doors,seems to be the norm with all their new vans as far as i can see.

hi,

have contacted lunar to see if it was possible to fit 2 locks,1 either side of central lock already fitted.they said it would be ok and wouldn't invalidate the warranty.have contacted dealer to fit them,and they said it would be able to be done and have put things in motion.don't know why lunar have changed from 2 locks to one on 2010 vans

looks that way,lunar also said the locker was not meant to be waterproof either......hopefully the extra locks solve the problem
