Lunar Delta TI 2015. Dometic Loo. Pink Fluid Leak.

Hello. For some weeks we suffered with a leak of pink fluid into the well underneath the Dometic toilet cassette. We oiled seals, cleaned every part but still the seepage. I found that is you flushed using a plastic bottle of water the well was completely dry so called in our local Lunar workshop approved company who submitted a warranty claim. They found that a small plastic elbow located inside the workings of the bowl had cracked. Under pressure probably 50% of pink fluid flushed and the remainder seeped into the well. This was his second similar repair of a Dometic's loo in recent weeks. If anyone has a similar problem I can send them photographs of the broken component which is probably some cheap 50p piece of plastic.

This will be a standard bit and fitted to most makes of caravan. I do wonder therefore if it was posted under just a Dometic toilet heading it might be more useful.
