I found 15mm oak at Magnum Motorhomes, might do the job.
13mm seems to be the smallest here. But a simple google provides lots of choice.
Years ago, I remember buying some white section to go round skylights. I found it is wise to leave it a bit too long, then wait a couple of weeks before trimming back, also, try to avoid stretching it when inserting.
