lunar quasar 2017

Hi recently purchased our first caravan a lunar quasar 2017.
Can someone tell me what the 2 rocker switches operate that are under the locker next to front door.
I believe they operate the 2 wall lights and the mood lights under the windows and also the lights round the skylight.
Before anyone suggests trying the switches the reason I am asking is I am unable to switch these lights off unless I switch off control panel, they are on constantly. Don't know if it'
Any info would be greatly receiveds a problem with relay in the power supply unit.

when we got the caravan one of the 12v light circuits kept blowing the 10amp fuse.
After looking at various connections I disconnect the data cable at the rear of the control panel at the front door. when I reconnected the data cable the fuse held and the lights came on. However the lights that should be operated by the 2 rockers next to front door cannot be switched off. Even if I disconnect the switch completely they still stay on, only way to switch them off is to switch off main power at control panel. Only thing I can think of is a faulty relay in PSU?

Thanks Stuart. There are a few great electrical experts here. Not me on this one. But what you say tells a whole new story. Hopefully a solution will be suggested.
