lunar shower mixer unit

Frost has damaged my shower mixer unit, I have been trying to locate a spare part, the dealer is very slow in getting me the part so I am trying to source myself. Does anybody know the manufacturer of the shower tap unit in a Lunar Zenith 6 2007 model? if not could somebody please list the manuafacturers names so that I can trawl the net for the part.

Basically the frost has cracked where the shower hose attaches, and leaks whenever the pump is active, there is no name on the unit. But its a beige plastic colour with the hot and cold entry points, shower hose exit and the tap section itself with the microswitch.

Any help appreciated.

i think you should really get on you,re high horse with local dealer. it,s called bad aftermarket. obviously quick enough to sell the caravan but couldn,t be bothered with small parts (no profit) or low profit. carry on treating people like this will lead to zero profit as they won,t sell caravans either.

Thanks Dave, It could be because I bought my van when 6 months old from a private seller, they dealer asked on the phone if I bought from them and I told them no, they then failed to call me back and I have been chasing ever since, I just need a fall back option of finding the part myself incase they dont come up with the goods.

I am sure I could locate the part myself, but I dont know the manufacturer of the part to look for it. Its out of warranty as Lunar warranties are non transferable, and frost damage not covered anyway.
