M25/A2 junction

hi folks,i know a lot of you will be travelling down to dover to catch the ferry to france & using the M25/A2 junction which has major, major road works so please allow atleast an extra hour...hope this helps...owe man in kent...pete
 
Fully agree with this one.

It is well busy there at the moment and also further down the A2 at Gravesend. Also they have started widening the M25 between junctions 2 (the A2) and 3 (the M20). However the works further down the M20 have finished, so you should get a clear run once you are on that route.
 
An update to my posting last week...........

Went down the M2 today, a new set of roadworks have appeared down near to Faversham, looks like they are mending another bridge. Just in time for the school holidays!
