m40 motorway stopover

we are travelling with caravan from lancaster to poole dorset, does anyone know where would be a good stopover near m40 somewhere between warwick and banbury?
 
Depends what you are looking for. A good CL is Burton Farm, near banbury, access from gaydon junction. Nice flat field with ehu but no facilities. What about warwick race course. cc site with facities. Bo peep mentioned above is nice with facilities but not too convenient for m40- worth a trip though.
