Just interested to know what you folks think is a reasonable amount of time to wait for a manufacturer to give a date for something to be arranged when they refer to it as 'contacting you shortly'

Is 'shortly': 1 week, 2 weeks , 1 month, 1 year.

Tie them down James- Ask what shortly means but I would expect a reply within the day or if they can't find out that quickly, they should ring you and keep you informed of progress- it's called MANNERS!!

1 hour max or first thing next day if you speak to them at the end of the day!
