Has anyone used a mettress topper or other foam overlay to allleviate back and joint pains caused by uneveness of made up beds.

I`m probably teaching gran to suck eggs, but have you treid turning seats over and sleeping on the flat side.

I use a 2" memory foam topper from Raskelf - they have a web site. Not the cheapest nor the dearest on the market, but it does the job brilliantly and rolls up for storage during the day.If you use single beds it can be converted to a duvalay which incorporates the duvet but not as restricting as a full sleeping bag.
