Maxol 2000 oven

Oven lights and has good high blue flame but does not get hot, not even warm enought to warm a pie through. A lot of heat seems to come out of the top though!!!! Anyone any ideas? Do you know of a company that deals with Maxol spare parts? Or even Maxol manufacturers email address. Help appreciated

Hi Chris,

I assume you know that the Maxol company is called "Burco Maxol", so if you do a Google search for "Burco Maxol Spares" you get pages of companies that provide spares or servicing. Pick one that's new you.

I had the same oven in our old van and it too suffered from poor heat output. This was eventualy traced to rust in the supply pipe which continually blocked the jet. The oven had to be removed and the jet and pipe cleared with compressed air. The oven worked extremely well afterwards.
