We have recently had to replace a caravan window and in doing so lost the Milenco Window Alarm. Our plea to Milenco by e-mail brought a package with a replacement alarm enclosed to us within 4 days and at no cost.
What can one say other than a brilliant response from this firm who simply did not have any obligations to us in respect of this matter.
