Milenco wraith wheel lock

Picked up Milenco Wraith wheel lock 2nd hand. Had been used for 1 week. Trying to fit to my Lunar Venus 570 but it won't fit. The lock barrel doesn't go over the wheel stud. Help.

I think Milenco do some adapters of sorts perhaps worth giving them a call.

Something like this, they do others.

It's not the wheel bolt receiver, it's the barrel lock which won't go into the wheel socket.

Just have a look on the internet. The photo I posted was just an example of one adapted part that they make. Alternatively give them a ring.

Have you adjusted the lock barrel itself by loosening the Allen Screw and turning the lock barrel inside the receiver to adjust it so it reaches the wheel stud?

Yes did all that, could be the small lock as stated above thats needed.

Same problem with our wheels. Called Milenco and I sent them my lock barrel and they replaced it free of charge, although I had to pay postage to send mine.

I had the same problem on my Bailey, emailed them and they called me in a couple of days. I had to pay a security deposit by card, they sent me the smaller lock, and refunded my card as soon as they received the old lock barrel I sent back.

Can't be 100% sure but I think they sent me a postage paid envelope to send it back in, too.

I had the same problem on my Bailey, emailed them and they called me in a couple of days. I had to pay a security deposit by card, they sent me the smaller lock, and refunded my card as soon as they received the old lock barrel I sent back.

This is what happened to me, received smaller lock today along with pre-paid envelope. Will post tomorrow.
In this day and age that is excellent service.

I had the same issue on a Lunar. As above, a call to Milenco and a deposit of £30 and they sent me a replacement barrel.

Good to hear of good customer service, considering there is a thread running at the moment with a new caravan from a leading manufacturer .
