Yes did all that, could be the small lock as stated above thats needed.Have you adjusted the lock barrel itself by loosening the Allen Screw and turning the lock barrel inside the receiver to adjust it so it reaches the wheel stud?
Have a look at this video it explains how to do this adjustment.

I hope this helps and it's a simple solution.
I have emailed them, but heard no reply yet.Same problem with our wheels. Called Milenco and I sent them my lock barrel and they replaced it free of charge, although I had to pay postage to send mine.
This is what happened to me, received smaller lock today along with pre-paid envelope. Will post tomorrow.I had the same problem on my Bailey, emailed them and they called me in a couple of days. I had to pay a security deposit by card, they sent me the smaller lock, and refunded my card as soon as they received the old lock barrel I sent back.
Can't be 100% sure but I think they sent me a postage paid envelope to send it back in, too.
Good to hear of good customer service, considering there is a thread running at the moment with a new caravan from a leading manufacturer .I had the same issue on a Lunar. As above, a call to Milenco and a deposit of £30 and they sent me a replacement barrel.
All very professional IMO
