Its not something the Cornish talk of Liz and you've just proven that you don't know them as well as you think.

It's a Cornish thing ! By now you think you know the Cornish but all you have done is moved slightly up the

Emmet rankings{:(]

Now now Liz I was only pointing out that you made a statement of people disappearing without a by or leave and you then did the exact same thing - fair enough it was only for a few minutes but the principle is the same. You started the resentment about people disappearing - I think I am totally exonerated in this matter. Just to put myself in the right and to possibly clear up any ill fealings - I may not be present tomorrow as I have to take my wife up to see my mother in law and whilst there I have to cut the lawns for her so do not know what time we will be home. Sorry if I have disappointed you but I am sure if I am not here you will be able to get on this once without me.

Proves how little you know Liz if you were not aware of the Emmet Rankings, and I bet you can't tell me the answer as to where the clotted cream mines are!

As I've never played a card game in my life I've never had an invite to the St Austell Euchere League!

Liz you have made a statement that "you will be off for two weeks......" Now in my books the word "off" means rancid and decayed. I think and hope you meant to say that you would be going to Somerset for two weeks and not "off".

You do realise that it is now Easter Sunday and that you are playing with the Devil's tools on a religous and festive day. Can you please show respect for this special day. Incidentally I do not believe in gambling either. So put those cards away and lets get back to the point in question - WHERE IS LORD B.?

I think I would possibly be inclined to surrender to Maid Marion. She could have my body and I would give her at least an hour to get off - what a way to die - only one better way and that would be to drown in a barrel of single malt whiskey afterwards. The only problem with this is that I would have to get out a few times to go to the toilet.

Hey Cris - I have now gone from the top quality Scottish and Irish whiskies down to the Tesco own brand and Teachers. On my pension I cannot afford the best quality any more - my wife told me I had to make some sacrifices so I told her I wanted a divorce but she wouldn't have any of it and that I must leave off the whisky instead. Talk about under the thumb.
