Getting back to the topic, not heard from Lord B.yet, I think it could have been the new Windows Vista he installed, must have blown his computer up.

Liz/Cris what do you think of us Welsh - we are not the cowardly type to wait for Lord B's. back to be turned. If we wanted to attack we would go straight out and do it. Although us Welsh are Celtic we are a peace loving nation who will welcome all with open arms. There is enough trouble else where in the world without it being on our door step. The motto of the Welsh is that "We keep a welcome in the hillside, We keep a welcome in the vale, This land of ours will still be singing, When you come home again to Wales". Peace Sister and Brother and may your God be with you all.

:)

Having had the worst ever of holidays due to very unfriendly people in North Wales (never had any problem in South Wales) I would question that Colin.

And why have a split in the country with the stupid Welsh and Scots assemblies as well if all is peace and love.

Thanks a bunch Cris - going to north east Wales on Saturday for a week. As far as the assemblies are concerned I will agree 100% - a total waste of time and more important, waste of money. There is now supposed to be an united Europe so why split one member country into four parts? Should have stayed with the Commonwealth and two fingers to the United States of Europe. If we had stayed with the Commonwealth I am sure this country we call UK would be a far better place to live.

All I can do is to defend the Welsh, I have never visited Wales,

but the Welsh that have stayed here are very nice people, very friendly, and I expect if I ever go on holiday to Wales they would be the same.

Liz if it was south Wales you would be visiting I would suggest you look at areas west of Port Talbot. There are a few nice spots between Cardiff & Port Talbot but generally it is quite an industrialised area.

Thanks Colin, I will bear that in mind where to go in Wales,

but I don't think it will be for a while yet, Somerset this weekend for a couple weeks, then back on site, for a few days, then off again to Somerset, work related. Liz

Are you off line from the weekend when you holiday in Somerset - incidently watch out for the scrumpy. I will be off line for a week as we are going to north Wales (possibly via Hereford but don't tell you know who)
