We were stuck right at the back of the site in a way out pitch that was not really suitable and were hemmed in with trees. To get wifi I had to drive up to the office and park outside. I can sort of live with the way out pitch and no wifi, but when paying for the pitch you are also paying to be able to use the bar.
If you are disabled, you cannot use the front entrance and join all the other patrons in the bar area. Even if you could and while inside needed the toilet, you would not be able to get up the stairs to the toilets. We had to go around the back to sit upstairs in the dining room and were the only people in thatarea. No issue for people that are healthy etc.
