I bought a very old Burstner van in July as our previous one was even older and very rickety. I have three kids and holiday are always a struglle apart from when we go away in our own van. We had various issues with the new one, which were quickly and cheaply dealt with by Dave from Caratechs. (before you all jump down my throat about advertising, I would have welcomed anyone to tell me of cheap and competent mobile caravan repairs in Berkshire before I found Dave).
Dave arrived promptly in a well equipped van. There was no sucking of teeth and 'ooh it'll cost ya'. It was starightforward. If it did not need doing, he did not do it, and advised you on things that you could sort yourself relatively simply and cheaply.
