Can anyone give any advice regarding the use of Mobile Servicing, where they come to you to service your van. I have a Bailey Senator Arizona 2006 model and for me to take it to a dealer is quite dificult. Are the mobile people as good as a dealer and can anyone recomend a mobile servicer who would call to Medway. Thanks, Alan

Alan you will have to take your van to a bailey agent for the first 3 services or you will invalidate the warrenty. unless things have changed it states that the van MUST be serviced by a Bailey agent or the mobile fitter is autherised by Bailey ( dont think he will be )

hope this helps

The Bailey Dealer (Chichester Caravans at Uckfield)from which I purchased my 2005 Senator Arizona does not undertake any servicing and it is all put out to a mobile contractor so it must meet the Bailey requirements.

Whilst I have slight anxieties as whether the limitations on the access in the absence of any pit or lifting equipment risks something not being done as effectively as it could, it does avoid the hassle of a two special trips one to take it in to the Dealer and another to bring it back.

As long as the mobile service engineer is an "Approved Mobile Workshop" then there should be no problem regarding warranty servicing.

As for lifting or pits, very few dealers have lifts or pits, and the use of jacks is perfectly adequate to do the necessary work on the brakes and under van inspections.
