Update! My Mondeo is currently in the dealership having a new clutch fitted! Dealer says driver error caused it, I say not. Debate continues!

I have towed for years no problems and have never had to have a new clutch- now I am worried to use it to tow again in case it happen all over. Me and good lady discussing a mover now- and I have never really seen the point, but seems i'll have to use that when I need to reverse up a slight incline! Amazing really...

You can read the article about modern car clutches in last months Caravan Mag ,you can also get your clutch relined at quite a few specialist motor factors ,as for fuel pumps quite a few are made by Bosch are are fitted to hundreds of different manufacturers ,my last car was a Nissan Terrano allthough the car was running Ok the engine management light came on ,and the Nissan dealer said i need a new fuel pump ,the pump alone from Bosch was over
