Motor Mover for a Bailey Pursuit 560-5

Hi,

We recently bought last years Bailey Pursuit 560-5 model and would like to get a motor mover fitted. Can anybody make a recommendation for the best mover for this model of caravan and also recommend any reputable installation companies?
Thanks
Dom

Can't say which is the best, (How can you unless you've had 'em all!) But have had 3 Truma (1st. one was a Carver before Truma took them over) and I shall no doubt have a fourth. Never had a problem, only changed when old ones were superseded by newer improved models. Some of them, can't remember how many, were refitted when we changed vans. Been running them since the early days when movers first came on the market, so had them for a good number of years

It simple isn't possible to tell if any particular make of mover is measurably better than another. One manufacturer has earned a very good reputation for getting theirs fixed if they go wrong. However there are relatively few forum threads that report other makes as being any less reliable or slow to get fixed. So you can interpret that as you wish.

Mechanically the quality and level of engineering that goes into most models is generally very similar, so its probably the case that most makes are roughly similar in terms of reliability and longevity.

So I would suggest go for the one that offers the best deal.

Only ever had Truma and Powrtouch. Both were super reliable and both gave excellent customer aftercare.
But they are not the cheapest

The OP is asking the same question as 'Which is the best car to buy?'. It's all down to personal preference and the amount of pounds in your pocket/wallet/bank account. 😉
