Motor mover

Rhyno motor mover.Seems to make usual connecting noise,i.e whirring, but rollers don't move.New battery in caravan 110 amp.Caravan not used for 2 years due to lockdown.Help please.

Very hard at a distance. Thorough clean and check all connections. Use your multimeter at each connection point to check the circuit continuity.

If you get the whirring noise that sounds like the motors are working something has gone wrong between them and the rollers. I assume you have checked that the rollers are not actually moving, as it could be they are no longer tight enough on the wheel if they do turn. Possibly your best bet is to get a caravan engineer to check it out unless you are competent to work on it.
