Motor mover

Just got on site used motor mover and removed isolator switch but not switching back to 240v/12v . Any ideas

The mover circuitry is totally separate from the 12 volt and the 240 volt circuits. One should normally affect the other.

Sounds like coincidence rather than direct cause and effect. First thing I would check would be mains connection at the bollard - some are just push in while some are insert and twist for example. Then have any of the breakers tripped on the distribution unit. If the problem is 12v also check the inline fuse in the positive cable between the battery and the unit.
