I very much doubt that my next mover will be a powrtouch, their over priced for a start, go wroung often, the only saving grace is the excellent back up, much publicised on this forum, so well done powrtouch.
Now all powrtouch has to do now is product a product that doesn't break in the first place.
Something like my 6 year old reich, that has never broken, so i have absolutely no idea what the back up service is like.
With new movers such as the e-go(or some name like that)and rhino, more modern movers, along with updated riech movers.
I can guarantee my next mover will not be powrtouch, when i original bought my mover i compared the reich to the powrtouch, the reich appeared to be both better protected, and better engineered. The down side was only a 2 year warranty, however after talking to the service manager i was convinced that the reich was the best model, six years on he is proven correct.
At the time the reich motors on my model were well away from wheel spray, the powrtouch immediately behind the wheel. Being an electrician fitting any motor in the path of water didnt impress, so along with my own observations, and advice from the service manager, my decision was made.
One thing i do dislike with the reich is the manuel lever idea, the distance between the tyre and roller is quite important, otherwise the roller can slip.
The ego i think they call it, has a VARIABLE wind in idea, so you can tighten up to the tyre, a brill idea, and at around
