Motormover help!

Hi,

Hoping someone can help!

I have a quattro motor-mover (elektro-techniek)

Remote seems to be working OK (light) comes on when you turn it on, but when you push any button the light just flashes.

There are no lights on the motor mover, except when I press the re-set button, then the green light flashes for pairing- so there is power to it and its running off a 12v battery which is fully charged.

However, for the life of me I cannot get the motor mover to work. Im assuming there should be a light on it when its on and working ok?

Can anyone help please? Ive read the instructions over and over and can’t see anything to help and can’t find a help number for quattro/elektro

I followed the pairing instructions with the remote but not 100% sure its worked.

TIA

Sorry I don’t know anything about your mover,
However , my Powrtouch has an isolator switch inside the caravan battery compartment. And there is a master fuse too. Assuming the remote battery is good can you check if power with s as multimeter from the battery through to the motors?

Have you engaged mover onto the wheels?
I tried it without, then moved them so they rollers were in contact with the wheel, but it didn't make any difference! Does the motor mover only "activate" when the roller touchers the wheels? ie does the control box have a light on it when its ready to go (roller engaged) do you know?. I thought it would light up regardless, but wonder if its not fully engaged (doesn't seem to be a way to tell?)

Check the battery terminal connections are tight. We had one ever so slightly loose. Sufficient to stop the motor mover from motor moving in spite of the lights working.

The movers will should work whether engaged or disengaged.

I also had the main fuse, slack on the terminals, the 125 amp one.
Edit.
Maybe the fuse size is incorrect for your motor mover, as it is not a power touch one, I apologise.

Nice one Prof.👍
I could only find a unit from Holland.
I have a feeling the unit is a Purple Line piece but Serbia has thrown me . How do you get to Serbia? I’m intrigued, but well done 👏
