I've got a mouse. No, not a four legged one! A computer mouse - which eats battery life like nobodies business. I have now purchased some rechargeable batteries. To preserve battery life should I take them out when the mouse is not in use? Does anyone else have any problems or is it that I am on Forum too long?

Thought about that, Liz. Decided to go 'cable free' I don't like cables hanging around. Its not a problem recharging the batteries, just a bit of a nuisance.

Regards

I Know what you mean, I have a lap top built in mouse, I also purchased a handsfree mouse, toggle plugs into my USB port no cables. Unless thats the one you have. Takes 1 battery lasts a long time. Liz

I had the same problem and they always went flat when I was in a game.

So, I purchased a logitech rechargable mouse. You just put it back on its base at night and forget about batteries
