Mover- How steep

Had a mover fitted recently and in general manourvers it has worked fine, but
Today parking it on the drive I wanted to store it level so using the mover I drove one side up onto a yellow leveling ramp which is less
than 10cm high (4 inches) and it would not hold!!
My concern is when I have to use it on the hill outside my house it wont hold.
It is a 1700kg van but the mover is the correct one for this model.
Thanks for any advice.

Putting a ramp under one side Kev is waste of time. Both rollers are turning so the van just wants to go in a circle.
Our drive slopes quite a bit and it slopes both down and diagonally although the drive isn't long. Our PowrTouch gets it up the slope ok although very slow. Once out on the road, thankfully not busy, it again slopes down hill. Without the handbrake ours will creep although it's barely noticeable.
When I put the van on the drive I go in A frame first and put a levelling ramp for the jockey wheel to run up. The van still isn't level but it's better than without. I then put on the handbrake and put down the steadies after making sure the wheel lines up for the Alko wheel lock. This stops the van from creeping and holds it fine.
I pitch it A frame first to make it harder for scrotes to nick it. It does have it's disadvantages though, when the battery is flat.

Sorry LB I duplicated the post on technical as well.
But thats what I did I had it up on one ramp and let go of the controls and then it rolls down the ramp , dont think it is right.
