Hi,
We're hopefully moving house soon and don't really want to have to move the caravan on Move Day with everything else that will be going on... I don't know anyone with a driveway large enough to accommodate it for a few days, none of the local storage centres I have called either have space or are willing to accept a short-term (2-3 week) contract... what have others done in our situation please? Thanks :)

Friends of ours pitched it on a nearby CL/CS. The owner wasn't bothered that they weren't sleeping in it. Although I think they did on the first night after moving as it saved having to unpack things and make up beds after a long day.

Give us an idea of the location you are looking for please - then someone might have space on the driveway - otherwise CL/CS would be good to explore.

Hopefully we might be moving house in the near future, and have arranged with a local CS to pitch the van if required. Although thoughts are that depending on our final choice of house the van may go to give a home to a Coventry Cat.

OK - if you open Google Maps and search 'Caravan sites near Grantham' you will see several choices. It may be that sites like Belvoir C&C' that don't open until April may be able to store the van, or Wagtail Park that is open 365 days. Both have websites with details if you click appropriately on the 'bed' marker on the map, then on the website in the left hand pane. The search will usually bring up sites and CL/Cs venues, although don't know how complete this is!
Good Luck
