sorry guys you have lost me. the problem as I see it is the weight of the loaded van not wether the """car can tow a heavier one or not. increasing the MTPLM is only usefull for recovering the weight added to the MIRO and in so doing increasing the user payload and nothing else. other wise just get a bigger van.

Once you've decided on the size and layout of caravan that suits you and your pocket, it seems a little much to have to buy something bigger than necessary just to be able to take all the stuff along with you that you want. In that case it would be nice to be able to have the MTPLM uprated.
