my floating caravan!!

Hi There, I have just bought a vintage bluebird caravan. When I tow it the body floats slightly over the shassy at the end where the toe bar is, any ideas on what I need to do in order to solve this?? I am new to this so any advice will be well recieved thanks

i think its a sprite ci that was taken over by a number of companys they changed names many times

You are right to worried. The caravan body should be securely fixed to trailer chassis, and no movement should be easily visible.

I suspect that something quite serious is amiss and I strongly suggest you get the caravan checked by a caravan expert.

is it a front box type if so it may be the box floating and not the caravan.if not it can only be the holding down bolts.
