I would say yes,as mine is the same it has to have that movement to allow for the pitch and roll over the roads etc...unless I'm completely wrong and mines knackered too :dry:

Yes your hitch should move to allow the articulation when towing.

Yes mine does to . Think about it if you need to do a tight turning manoeuvre , there's gotta be some give on it .

Yes that is quite normal, in fact some rotate 360 degrees !!!
