I would say yes,as mine is the same 🙂 it has to have that movement to allow for the pitch and roll over the roads etc...unless I'm completely wrong and mines knackered too :dry:

Yes your hitch should move to allow the articulation when towing.

Yes mine does to . Think about it if you need to do a tight turning manoeuvre , there's gotta be some give on it .

Yes that is quite normal, in fact some rotate 360 degrees !!!
