MY NEW SAFARI CARAVAN

HI all, i have just bought a SAFARI caravan 1979-1981. needs a small amount of work nothing major, does any one know much about these vans any tips or advise would be great.

Congratulations, the true Safari's as the one you have bought were a real class act.Coachbuilt quality inside and out. 30 years ago new Safari's were rare mainly due to their justifiable price. However when one arrived on site it created a real WOW factor.

There used to be and may still be a Safari Owners Club.

I will certainly be looking for a 1979-1981 Safari on site!!

hi Hamer, thanks for that, didnt really go looking for a safari but it came up local and in our budget, i was told its retro and funky so went for it, needs slight work but all cosmetic really. want it too look stunning so will be polishing my heart out this weekend and adding our own touch to the interior. would love to look at others to see what they have done to theres, i'll try and look up the owners club on google. if anyone reads this with a safari please get in touch.
