My van's too big

Just tried to book a week at Haven site Greenacres in North Wales and was told because I have an Avondale Argente 642-4 at 7.29 meters I would have to book a pitch and a half. Anyone come across this at these sites.

Have booked perran sands, they asked the size of my van(23ft9")(i dont do metres!)and they said not a prob,on the website it says please ring if van over 21ft,maybe its just certain sites!!!

I do metres. About 4,000 a week!!! ...........swimming🙂

I think you have reversed the .29 of your overall length it should be 7.92 meters.

I mostly use caravan club sites but never had this problem on any site. My twin axle is a Lunar measures 7.82 overall length.
