Well, as you know we bought the written off sunbeam for a bargain price. Its a dream to tow. After spending 2 weeks cleaning it and looking around it we find we have a van that appears to have been little used. Upholstery is gleaming and 'plump'. Everything works and best of all its a solid van! We discovered one small leak where the roof repair hadnt been sealed properly but that has now been done and its water tight.
we decided against re-regestering the van, mainly because it didnt seem worth it to pay £100+ for an engineers report and then insurance every year, especially as we only paid £1500 for it. We shall use it and love it and Im quite sure have some fun with it!
