I bought our Suncamp 390 from Camping International in April of this year, we have a couple of issues with the poles. One the spring snapped completely and last time we were out one of the rear supporting poles got completely tied up and managed to become spring loaded where it shouldn't have been!

First time I called Camping International and Andy said pop in and we'll sort it for you, I did, he did, AND he didn't charge me a penny. Today I cheekily popped in again on the off chance and once again they've repaired my pole and sent me away with no charge.

That my friends is what I call good customer service and I will continue to purchase my caravanning supplies from them in respect of their great service.

I can second that, I use camping international at gillingham & they have always gone out of their way to give good service

on many occasions

Agreed Tony, we have had three awnings (plus countless other bits) from the Gillingham over the last 3 years and they have always been very helpful and not to mention excellent prices too!!!!

I agree. We've bought two awnings there and would not hesitate to return. Good customer service and good prices.
