hi friends,as our first year many new things to try and changeing a gas bottle is one of them is it as simple as it sounds turn tap off and unscrew clockwise i no you`ve all done it but my first time.many thanks
 
Yes it really is as simple as that if your regulator is a screw on type.

The pigtail from our regulator just unclips after the tap is turned into the off position and clips back on to the replacement cannister, turn the tap on and that's that.

Sometimes the gas doesn't reach the appliance straight away but it's only a matter of seconds before it does.
 
If you are on site just ask. The vast majority of caravanner's will only be too pleased to help and 'share' their wisdom!
