While my job does get me driving new cars, very new cars, (prototypes), I have chosen to capitalise on the second hand market to make the most of my money.
Clive V often jibes about my passion for Renault, but for me (personal choice) they represent good value and do what I expect of a car.
Yep in the week you'll see me driving a DB9RS or a Lotus elise, or an XKR on test and driving them to their limits to test components. But come the weekend I'll drive my 8 year old Laguna.
By the way, Laguna's didn't rule the touring car circuit for nothing in the late 90's they realy do corner very well. Even my 2Ltr estate can do 26 miles from Leominster to Worcester in 22 mins, and the A44 is reputed to be the second worst (A) road in england for the most bends per mile.
