Just had the invoice for my new 'van and one of the items is "Electronic version of B7997" - FoC. Can anyone tell me what the B7997 is?

I've asked the dealer but no one has got back to me yet. As I live in France and the dealer is in the UK everything is done by email or phone so I wasn't present when the invoice was produced.
 
It's a Bailey Pamplona 4, the dealer is the one near Blandford, Dorset. I thought the B7997 might be something to do with the CNIT certificate which I need to register the 'van in France.
