We are due to pick up our new van in may 05 "Swift Challenger 550Lse. is anyone using same/ similiar if so any tips on problems etc
 
We have the same model! It was new 10 months ago.

Little quirks, like plastic liner in bed boxes with sawdust in.Watch the weight of the fixed bed mattress , if you have to lift it up with the bed made.

The awning rail has pinged out.The bathroom door closer is loose. Overall, a good van!!
 
We have now had ours for a year. Only problem was a catch playing up on the drinks cabinet. It did have a window seal recall but didn't notice any problems before it was done.
 
if you have the L shaped front the vertical panel on front of the bed pull out is only held on with panel pins and the panel is to thin for good support. i screwed a 40 x 25 piece of wood to between the horizontal and vertical inside frame and all is now ok.
