New dash cam suggestion.

I have a Nextbase 522 with a rear camera. Which works fine for me. But the software could be better for play back.

A Mazda forum I am on suggested an American one. But it had to be imported and altered for RHD cars. But it seems that they have now got their act together and they have a web site serving RHD and European cars.

The cams are made for each make of vehicle and blend in with the shroud, they also come with a bespoke harness. So very neat.

As I already have the Nextbase, I will not be getting one, But I thought they were inventive and impressive.

Interesting concept but they do not offer a custom fit for either of our Kia’s. One of our cars has tge Nextbase 522GW. The software is a bit clunky but apart from setting it all up, and one transit through a flood it just sits on its mount and is left to its own devices. Occasionally I reformat the SD card but that’s done in situ.
