Well its been over a year since I posted this and all in all its not been too bad with the new van

I have had a few minor warranty repairs , carried out at the first service , but generally everything holding together - I have just posted a problem I have with the water pump but again this is probably minor.

So what have been my real problems
1. Shocking main dealer support - basically incompetent ( I know I cant name them in case I upset them )
2. The slowest supply of parts for the warranty claims that you can imagine - especially as it is a current production model ) 4 months for a window catch !!!
The secret is to lower your expectations to avoid disappointment !

On the plus side I had some excellent support from Truma (on the motor mover) and Oyster (satellite system)and more importantly several good holidays and weekends away - and more planned.
