Hi Sue Lovely site right on beach, pitches well spaced out, everything up to CC standards. We like to visit the RSPB at Mull of Galloway if you get a clear day you can see Ireland, Isle Of Man and even as far as North Wales. Lots of things to do. Have a nice time.

Hi Sue, we spent 10 glorious days their , so peacefull, Helen never mentioned that you can very gusty winds their, and you will need very strong steel pegs if you intend to erect a awning.

Whilst we there a a Bailey Senator twin axle awning suddenly ripped up from the ground waving the steel spiky awning poles into the air like a enormous octipus, the owners where not there but quite a few of us managed to get the awning down and

placed it under the van to stop it blowing away. We discovered that he had only fixed the awning to the ground using flimsy tenting pegs. His awning rail was torn from the side of his caravan in places and badly buckled .
