New forum poster

Hello everyone.

I have been reading this forum and taking advantage of the many tips and much good advice but have only today taken the plunge to contribute.

What has been noticed over recent weeks is the lack of forum use by many of the "established" posters.

When one opens the forum and scans the "front page" there is often a gap of many hours and in the case of chit chat many days between posts and responces. This was not the case a few months ago. What has happenned?

Hi X,

The explaination for the lack of established posters is quite simple.A lot of them have gone over to a different website and only post on there.Others use both sites.

Some posters are retired and have access to their computers all day,others because they work only have access early in the morning (before work) or in the evening (after work).Others only have access at work,usually at lunchtimes.

Hence the gaps in replies.
