New HMRC Mileage Rates

If you are a company car driver who claims mileage rather than has fuel provided for private use, new HMRC rates came into effect officially from today, although if you have a "nice" employer they may have adopted these a month ago.

May help in view of recent fuel hikes.

They will have to raise it again soon as these rates are for 127p per litre, but I bet they wont be too quick at it

I've just had mine come through last week - for up to a 2.0 litre diesel, its gone up to 13p a litre and the memo says it will be reviewed again in December.
